We take pride in all the products we make or sell, and only use the highest quality ingredients. We hope that your order meets or exceeds your expectations, If you are not satisfied or if there is a problem with what you have ordered, then please contact us at info@gypsyandpearl.com.au within 2 days of receiving your order.

Faulty/ Damaged Goods

If for any reason the goods you receive are faulty or damaged in any way we will be happy to exchange the items or offer a full refund. The damaged product will be replaced with the same item as soon as possible. An alternative product will be offered in cases where stock is no longer available.

Return Policy

We will not exchange goods when you simply have changed your mind. If goods are damaged in transit we will replace the item. Please email us at info@gypsyandpearl.com.au so that we can resolve any problems.  If you do not contact us within 7 days of delivery, this means you agree that the goods were received without any faults or problems.

Timing of delivery

Subject to payment authorisation and stock availability. However we allow 10 working days for all order to be received.
We do not dispatch or deliver at weekends or public holidays.
Tracking details for your order will be included in your order confirmation email.
